I am seriously impressed by your work. how long have you been cutting paper? I have only been at it for a year and a half, actually, and am self taught. Your olive cuts are spectacular detail for parties. LOVE it. You make me WANT to step outside the little box in my brain and do something different. Now if I can just find the time. :-) How in the world do you get your people so perfect? and where in the world do the brainstorm ideas come from? sigh... just so fun!
(10.19.09 @ 02:51 PM)Thanks Celita! I started doing cuts about a year ago because I don't scrapbook but I love the cool paper that's available. Ideas have never been my problem...it's finding the time to make them real that's the hardest part!
(11.02.09 @ 01:38 PM)1.Cut long strips (You can experiment with thin or fat strips or put both together!)
2. Curl with scissors the same way you would poly ribbon or curl by wrapping paper around a pencil
3. Tape together and arrange

you are the detail queen!

This is so unique, I don't think I've ever seen anything like it! That's one lucky little girl!
(09.14.09 @ 09:18 PM)Mindy created two art pieces for my two kids and I was amazed by the thoughtfulness that went into each of them.. They are truly two beautiful pieces of thoughtful and amazing art..
Thanks guys! John, both E and B are remarkable kids that are total pleasures to be with! I love the cards they made for me!
